python-meld3 software package provides HTML/XML templating system for Python, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-meld3

python-meld3 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-meld3 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-meld3 *

You will get with python-meld3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
